The City of Coppell will be performing work in your back yard to remove silt and increase positive
drainage flow from the drainage/pilot channel. This work will be done in the near future. The City
of Coppell will be performing the work this one time only. In the firture it is the homeowner's
responsibility to maintain this drainage/pilot channel. Attached is a letter I would like for you to
sign and return to our office providing us permission to access }/our backyard and hold the City of
Coppell harmless for any work done to improve the drainage.
