RE: Grapevine Creek III & IV Sanitary Sewer Project (SS 94-02)
Dear Ms. Seidner:
Enclosed with this letter please find a completed form requesting a License Agreement for the
installation of a 8" sanitary sewer line 30 feet south of and parallel to the existing DART rail
line and a 15" sanitary sewer line crossing beneath the existing DART rail line on the east side
of Denton Tap Road.
Also, included with this letter are sheets 5 and 5a of the construction plans which show in
greater detail the proposed construction. It is the City's intent to advertise this project and
award the contract by June 26th, therefore, any help that can be provided in expediting this
License Agreement would be greatly appreciated.
If you should have any questions or need any additional information please feel free to contact
me at your convenience.
Sincerely,
