RE: Water Main Easement and Temporary Easement Dedication on Carrollton-
Farmers Branch I.S.D. Property for the Dallas Water Supply Line #3 Project
Dear Mr. Hyatt:
It is my understanding that the Board of Trustees has approved the dedication of the
referenced water main and Temporary Construction Easement. Enclosed are the
necessary documents to be executed to complete this dedication. The easement will
need to be executed in duplicate in the presence of a notary as indicated on the
document. You will also need to initial each page of the legal description and the
exhibit. Please include a copy of the resolution approving the dedication of these
easements to the City of Irving. When the easement has been returned to me, the City
of Irving will handle the filing with the County Courthouse.
