RE: Dedication of Exclusive Water Main Easement and Temporary Construction
Easement to City of Irving for the Dallas Water Supply Line #3 Project
Dear Mr. Park:
Per our telephone conversation, I am enclosing the discussed City of Irving Exclusive
Water Main Easement which includes a Temporary Construction Easement for the
initial construction of the project.
To dedicate the needed easement, please have the enclosed documents executed by
both you and your wife and return them to me. You must sign these documents in the
presence of a notary. If you prefer, I can meet with you to get the documents properly
executed as I am a notary.
Also, as discussed, we hope to have the project under construction within the next
year. If any dirt is available that is not needed for the project and originates from your
property, we will be glad to place it on your property as long as placing the dirt on
your property does not violate any laws or regulations controlling filling of properties
located in flood plains and floodways. Additional dirt from other properties may be
available, and if so, you will need to make arrangements with the contractor to secure
the fill. In no event will the City of Irving be a party to filling flood plain or floodway
property illegally or against any regulations.
