RE: Grapevine Creek III & IV/Bethel Road Sanitary Sewer Project (SS 94-02)
Dear Ms. Seidner:
Included with this letter are copies of Sheets 5 and 9A of plans for the referenced project which
show potential work within the 100 foot DART right-of-way. The project includes the
installation of approximately 265 feet of sanitary sewer pipe adjacent to and 30 feet south of the
existing railroad tracks and crossing of the DART right-of-way on the west side of Denton Tap
Road.
Because this project is still in the design phase, the City would appreciate any comments at this
time. Along with the comments, please forward the necessary permit applications so that the
final plans can be processed to DART for permitting.
