PAV}/CON, Inc. will to furnish all labor, materials and equipment
required for the performance of the following described work in
connection with construction or improvements at the Pxoperty of
St. Joseph Village, Coppell, Texas.
Improvements as shown on attached drawing: NA
The work is to be performed as follows:
Item 1: ASPHALT PAVING: 10,000 Squar® Feet
Fave wit'1 hot mix asphaltic concrete, Type "B" base course compacted to
a thickness of 4" following Prime Coat and Type "D" surface course
compacted to a thickness of 2".
Total $21,624.00
Note: No taxes included. Accepted subgxade by others.
Cost of City permits (iL- applicable) are not included in total cost and
will be paid by owner.
PAVECON, Inc. guarantees this work for materials and workmanship under
normal use for a period of 1-year excluding unusual abuse ox neglect.
EXLUSIONS
• This proposal is based on completing the work in one move in only.
Should additional move ins be required, additional charges krill apply.
• Any item not listed above
• Construction staking
• Drainage is not guaranteed
• Final sweeping and cleaning
• Bonds, permits, and testing
