Dear Mr. Griffin:
In accordance with the referenced contract between HDREngineering and the City of Coppell, dated
October 25, 1994, we are submitting this request for modification to the contract fee amount.
The fee modification is requested due to a change in scope, as provided in Exhibit A - Surveying
Services of the Contract.
The change in scope is necessary to provide survey information along the west side of Denton Tap
Road from the existing sewer crossing of Denton Tap Road, north to the approximate lot line
between tracts 3 and 4 of the Butch Addition. An additional survey is also required along the
approximate lot line between tracts 3 and 4, west from Denton Tap Road to the existing sewer along
Grapevine Creek.
We request approval of an increase in the fee amount in paragraph 5.22 of one thousand dollars and
no cents ($1,000.00).
