The appeal was assigned case tracking number DAL_TX_539 in an acknowledgment letter sent to your community on April 29, 2008. Mike Wayts, P.E., of Freese and Nichols, filed an appeal regarding the BFE upstream of Bethel Road on Tributary G-1 that is currently a Zone A. In order for the RMC to complete the review, additional information is requested: Please submit the Hydrology and Hydraulic models as well as the digital mapping files for the appeal mentioned above. Shapefile format preferred. By copy of this letter we are requesting the appellant to forward the above-mentioned information and/or data to this office within 30 days of the date of this letter.
