Site Plan to allow striping of an additional 89 parking spaces
within the existing truck court area on approximately 36.17 acres
of property located on the north side of Dividend Drive,
approximately 1,200 feet west of South Belt Line Road (240
Dividend Drive), at the request of Duke Realty, being represented
by Jack Evans, Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers.
