COMMENT STATUS:
PRELIMINARY
1. The water line can not be on a dead end of more than 150', it must be looped and in an
easement.
2. Show the existing sewer running through lot 1X, and the easement.
3. Show the drainage easement in lot 1X.
4. You will need to provide drainage easements for the proposed storm drain.
5. Extend the storm drain to the creek and place the headwall on piers. Use grouted rock
riprap at the outfall.
6. Install a manhole at the dead end of the sewer lines.
7. Place fire hydrants at the entrance and/or according to the Fire marshal's directions.
8. How does the future water benefit?
9. What is the phasing of this project?
10. The parking lots will need to be an X lot and you will need a utility easement for
franchises.
11. Nothing will be allowed in the floodplain.
12. Additional comments may be generated during engineering plan review.
