2. The parking should not be included in the ROW, it should be an X lot.

Commercial and Light Industrial/Showroom to Residential -
Medium Density on 4.67 acres of property located approximately

1. Extend the storm drain to the creek and place the headwall on piers. Use grouted rock
riprap at the outfall. Drainage will be evaluated further during engineering plan review.
2. We will require a manhole at the dead end of the sewer lines.
3. No construction or structure will be allowed in the floodplain.
4. Additional comments may be generated during engineering plan review.
