1. Plan sheet C-19 Shows 8" Solid white line adjacent to deceleration lane. Where
is the beginning and end of this line? See attached sketch to my e-mail for detail.
2. What is the thickness and reinforcement for driveway paving?
3. You are moving 3 existing Inlet. Show the way you want your contractor to
achieve this. Detail collar (at connection) you want contractor to use.
4. Note on your plan sheet C-4 read "Existing TxDOT Guard Rail to be modify"
Would you elaborate? If you are extending TxDOT box culvert, and cover the
hole, then existing headwall can also be removed, and guard rail is not needed
anymore. If you are not extending TxDOT Box Culvert, then existing head wall
need to be protected. My major comment in my preliminary comments to you
was about the same issue which you didn't address it. This need to be done as
part of this permit
5. Again in several sheet you add a note that width of sidewalk to be 4'. Any
sidewalk within TxDOT ROW must be 5' wide. and per TxDOT standard. Please
correct your notes.
