You still didn't address Guard Rail issue. You are removing 81 LF of Guard Rail, and replace it with " 17
LF of Guard Rail per TxDOT standard"??????
TxDOT never had such a standard, nor Guard rail can be installed in this manner. You need to move your
driveway to the east, or extend existing culvert, and fill out open ditch and be over with (as was plans from
the first day).

I have talked with my Partner Ty Thompson after we talked this morning.
Before sending over the complete sets for approval, we would like to have
you reading on our response to your comments. Attached is a revised sheet
C-19 that addressed the outstanding issues. Please review the response to
your comments and details and give me a call this afternoon. The contractor
is ready to start this portion of the work and has asked us to help expedite
the permit process so your consideration in this matter is greatly
appreciated.
