Subject: Utility Company Contacts / Misc.
Mike,
Do you have any specific contacts for companies which may have utilities in
the ROW of West Sandy Lake Road? Mike Jones is attempting to locate some of
the contacts he has, but I wanted to ask you if you had some names and
numbers as well. Any information you may have would be helpful.
I also wanted to ask you about the other LOMR which was done upstream of the
Sandy Lake Road / Cottonwood Creek crossing. You mentioned a subdivision
which had done a LOMR recently, could you let me know which subdivision that
was and who may have done the LOMR. I would appreciate it.
The last thing I wanted to ask about are plans of the bridge at Denton Tap
Road and Denton Creek. It was said in an earlier meeting that the bridge at
Sandy Lake Road should look similar to the one at Denton Tap Road. If plans
are available we may want to get a copy of a portion of this set of plans so
that our structural engineer can have them to look at. In addition, we may
require additional drainage area maps for some of the subdivisions adjacent
to West Sandy Lake Road to check preliminary drainage calculations. I can
put together a list of additional information we may need to get from you.
