RE: Availability of City Utilities
North of Sandy Lake Rd., East of S.H. 121
Dear Mr. Geist:
This letter is in response to a request I received from you concerning the availability of utilities
to the above referenced location. To the best of my knowledge the utilities are as follows:
WATER:
There is currently a 12" water line that runs along the east R.O.W. of the access road for S.H.
121 from Sandy Lake Rd. to Canyon Dr. There is a 12" water line that ties in at the intersection
of Sandy Lake Rd. and Freeport Pkwy. and runs north to 121 Business Park.
SANITARY SEWER:
There is currently an 8" sanitary sewer line that ties in at the intersection of Sandy Lake Rd. and
North Point. It runs north and northeast through Coppell Trade Center and ties into the system
on North Coppell Rd., just south of Canyon Dr.
As always, in the development of the property, you should determine if the existing utilities
available to the site are adequate to serve your proposed development.
