SECOND NOTICE
Dear Mr. Burchfield:
The two-year terns on the above referenced maintenance bond began on February 21, 2008, which
was the date of final acceptance of the project.
In our meeting recently to inspect the facilities, you assured me that the problems discovered in the
paving on Dividend Drive and Point West Boulevard would be addressed, so that fiirther
deterioration can be prevented. As of the date of this letter, those locations have not been repaired
and further damage is occurring.
Please contact me at the number below with your scheduled date of repair at your earliest
convenience.
