RE: Street Repair Requested as the result of Verizon Work Order # 3POAOSD
Dear Mr. Varney:
It has come to my attention today that Klaasmeyer Construction has failed to repair street
damage after several requests to do so. The location in question is where Armstrong Blvd. meets
Bethel Rd. at the exit from Summit at the Springs subdivision. The pavement has broken off
where it was patched when a street bore was performed under the referenced permit. The patch
has not held together and continues to be a hazard to vehicles exiting the subdivision.
I have attached a visual to help you locate the area of the problem. The roadway needs to be
kept in a drivable condition throughout the time the permit is in force, and must be restored to
the condition it was in prior to the permit being issued. Please send a repair crew to take care of
this area at the earliest possible date.
