Final Acceptance Conditions
Dear Mr. Kamal:
The utilities for the referenced project appear to be complete. Notification was received yesterday
from our utility inspector that they are now installed to our specifications. Please contact your
surety to secure atwo-year maintenance bond for 50% of the contract cost for all public utilities,
storm drainage and paving. The two year bond period will begin on the date of the final acceptance
letter.
When other items not related to utilities are complete, your project will receive a final acceptance
letter. If you have any questions, please call me at your earliest convenience.
