Dear Mr Hennessey:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
1. Clearly identify the proposed paving, drainage and utilities for Phase 2. Label only what is to
be done in this phase. Use a lighter line weight for future phases.
2. Include the vault in a utility easement.
Please make the necessary changes and submit these marked -up plans and two sets of revised
plans to the City for review. If you have any questions, please contact this office at your
convenience.
