Note: Items on original punch list have been corrected. Following are items found.
1. New cracks formed on parking lot at main building on North, South, East and
West side of building. Marked with orange paint_
2. New crack formed at Freeport entrance next to stamped concrete. Marked with
orange paint.
3. New cracks formed on driveway going around cemetery. Marked.with paint.
4. New cracks formed on sidewalk around flagpoles. Marked with orange paint.
5. New cracks formed on driveway coming in on Ruby Rd. north of building.
Marked with paint.
6. New cracks formed under main entrance porch. Marked with orange paint,
7. Apiece of concrete is missing on the sidewalk on the south side of Freeport
entrance. Marked with paint.
