The reconstruction of Freeport will not be on the same timeline as the first phase of the cemetery. Fortunately
(or maybe unfortunately) the reconstruction of Freeport has federal money attached to it. We will probably
begin the design later this year with construction beginning in 2008 or 2009, depending on environmental
assessments and overall red tape.

Will the City want to improve Freeport Parkway with the development of the
first phase of the cemetery? If so, will that cost come out of the
cemetery's budget?
