If they are public lines they should be in easements. Our minimum easement width is 20'.
I'm not sure who will be involved in the plan review for this project, but if you have questions about specific lines, shoot me
a plan and I'll get it to the right person.

In the cemetery, we will have water, wastewater and storm sewer lines. Which of these lines should be in easements?
How wide should the easements be?
