The way the weather is shaping up (who would have thought we would have a week of rain in the middle of August) it's
doubtful I can make a 4:30 meeting. If you're comfortable meeting with them, I'm ok with that. Make sure Mike or
Diwanna is with you for verification of what's said. The goal is to see if they will take the money in lieu of the work. If
they're ok with the concept, let them know we will work through legal to try to make it happen. We could always run into
legal issues that makes the whole thing fall apart. If that happens, we will just do the work.

I have a meeting scheduled for Tuesday at 4:30 with the Chaucer Estates HOA.
Should I put that off until another time, so you can be there? If you want me to go ahead with it, are we offering to give
them the money and let them contract with the dredging firm if they choose to?
