Thanks Ken.
The info is greatly appreciated. I will contact them.
Since the pond is an acre or less, I know I don't have to file a SWPPP. Would I (or my contractor}
be required to get a permit or pay any fees to the City associated with this work?

Mr. La6erge
We recently bid a project to remove silt from the pond adjacent to the Library on Heartz. The
information on the sole bidder is provided below.
Hopefully this helps.

The only bidder we had on the pond dredging project we worked on recently was American
Underwater.

We also had contact with Sludge Technologies, however the size of the pond we were looking at
was too small for them.

Phil,
First let me apologize for the delay in responding. To say we have had a rough week in our family
would bean understatement as three members of our extended family have passed away this
week. I am forwarding your question to Ken Griffin as I believe he will be the person with the
information you need. Feel free to contact me again if you need to.

Clay, Our pond has filled up again with silt running down the hill from Highpoint Oaks. A number
of years ago the City removed the silt. I think it is our turn now. Can you tell me the name of any
contractors that you would suggest that I contact to get the silt removed? Thanks, Phil La6erge
