Attached is the letter that Rone Engineers sent me regarding the samples they analyzed from the site.
They collected a sample at the outfall of the canal, inside the storm drain and in the Right of Way south
of Jim Cummings' property. According to their letter, the samples they analyzed from the three different
locations provided an inconclusive result in determining if the aggregate/silt came from Mr. Cummings'
property.
