COINC would like to submit a revised proposal for additional +l- 84 LF
of slope stabilization. COINC can perform this work in conjunction with
the existing contract in order to minimize the cost. We believe
increasing the limits of the slope stabilization will benefit the City
and provide more comprehensive solution to the existing slope
stabilization issue.

upstream (see attached sketch) in order to provide additional slope stabilization. ~COINC can perform this ;
work in conjunction with existing contract in order to minimize the cost impact. COINC propose the
® following items of work be included in Change Order 2:
C.O.2 Additional Gabion wall 1 Lump Sum $ 24,900.00
Notes:
1. This proposal is based on performing the additional work in conjunction with original contract.
2. This proposal is good for five days.
