Robert Dorazil from UCD is very anxious to discuss the traffic light issue. I talked to him today to explain why we are
shifting the incentive funds from the traffic light to something else, but I told him that I needed to meet with you before I
could tell him exactly how we are going to do that. He was fine with everything so do you have any time tomorrow to meet
to discuss how we are going to offset costs in an amount equivalent to the cost of the traffic signal?
