Ken,
I just left you a voicemail but thought it might be easier to send you an a-mail with my questions. If you are on vacation
today, do not answer this....it can definitely wait until you get back.
I talked to Robert Dorazel with United Commercial Development today. I told him that as far as I knew, we had not heard
back from Lewisville yet on the Interlocal Agreement but that I would double check with you to make sure that was correct.
Once we get the Interlocal Agreement resolved, we still have the funding issue. Would you still rather rebate/off-set fees
rather than paying for the traffic signal? I am fine with whichever way you want to do it. I just need to get Pete to do the
agreement so we can take it to City Council once we get the Interlocal Agreement signed. I know you had a concern at
one point over paying for the traffic signal, but I wanted to double check that, too.
