I really think that the term should be perpetual, not yearly. Let me see if I can convince Pete to change
it back to perpetual, as Lewisville first proposed.

Okay...that is fine. I will call Kevin just to let him know and to see if we can sit down and
discuss what happens if the agreement is terminated. I noticed Pete said we need to figure
that out among the cities, but something tells me Kevin is not the one to answer that
question. I can call his boss, the City Manager or the City Attorney to discuss. Would you
like for me to do that?
