Kevin/Diwanna,
We have incorporated the comments from both the City of Coppell and the City of Lewisville on our traffic
signal design plans for Denton Tap Rd. at Highland Dr. We are ready to resubmit for your review, but we
have a few questions:
Should we wait for the interlocal agreement to be finalized before resubmitting?
2. There was mention atone time about installing decorative poles, but our plans currently assume
standard TxDOT poles. Which is correct?
3. Will either City be providing any equipment as part of this installation (i.e. cabinet, controller, radio
equipment, etc.)
Per your request, please find attached preliminary Opinion of Probable Construction Cost for the signal
installation. Also attached is our revised plans. Let us know when you are ready for us to submit a full set
for your review.
Lastly, can you give us an update on the status of the interlocal agreement between the two cities?
