Don't know if Rhonda got with you, but we sent signed copies to Lewisville and they executed their
part and returned copies to us. Not sure what Kevin needs but they have copies of the fully executed
agreement.

Ken,
I got an a-mail from Kevin Nims in Lewisville. He asked if we had the signed copies of the
Interlocal Agreement. Have you already talked to him? I found his a-mail in the filter system
so you might have already talked to him and given him the agreements by now. If not, I
would be more than happy to deliver them to him. I have to go to the doctor up there on
Monday so I could drop them off on my way.
