The Interlocal Agreement is finalized by both cities. The only thing left outstanding is the funding agreement, but Lewisville
does not have anything to do with that. Once the draft of the agreement is complete, I will forward it to you.

I guess I'm confused. Council approved the agreement several meetings ago and Coppell and Lewisville have both executed
the agreement. I thought we were just waiting for the work to take place so we could pay.

Hi Ken: I understand from Mindi Hurley that there are still some
negotiations with Lewisville pending on the Inter-local Agreement. We
have to move forward now if we want the traffic light done in time for
Market Street's opening. Therefore, unless you tell me otherwise, UCD
is going to proceed to contract with a traffic light installer and rely
upon good faith that the deal will get finalized with Coppell City
Council for reimbursement.
Ken -are you available can I call you tomorrow regarding the bids I am
receiving? What time is best?
