All,

I agree, everyone appears to be on the same page. The poles just got delivered today too, FYI.
Thanks,
Patrick

Robert
The City placed the order with Naztec on 9/29/2008. I spoke to our Naztec rep today and there
is still an eight week time frame for the delivery of the cabinet. The normal delivery time is 90
days and we are about one month into that. The City has a new Naztec cabinet (unpacked this
morning to verify all components were installed - we usually keep a spare) and we are currently
discussing the possibility of using that cabinet and having Naztec deliver a replacement cabinet
to our Service Center in eight weeks. This will allow you to move ahead now with the
installation.
The email below states that I'm to provide information on the lead time for poles. VVe are not
purchasing the poles direct. That's a responsibility of the contractor. The last time this was
discussed was on 9/25/2008 in an email from Blair Sharp that stated that Durable could obtain
the round poles in 4-5 weeks.
Recap: City has complete cabinet that we will provide; City will receive replacement cabinet in

eight weeks; Poles to be provided by Durable.
Hopefully this has clarified the current status of the traffic light at Denton Tap and Highland.

Hi Mindi -Thank you for speaking with me today regarding the Economic Development
Agreement for the traffic light at Denton Tap and Highland Drive. Per our discussion:
• Ken Griffin/Coppell Purchasing has placed the purchase order for Naztec materials
• Ken Griffin to advise the lead time for receiving the poles and other Naztec equipment
• Coppell Crossing, LP has agreed with all the terms of the Development Agreement including
the 60 day provision for expense reimbursement from City of Coppell
• The Development Agreement will go before City Council on November 1 1, 2008.
Please confirm the foregoing and, as always, thank you (and Ken) very much for all your help
with the Coppell Market development.
Sincerely,
ROBERT V. DORAZIL
