Dear Mr. Bisballe:
The City of Coppell has recently completed the two year inspection of the sanitary sewer
facilities in the referenced project. Listed below are items that must be addressed prior to our
final acceptance of these facilities.
I. On Bethel School Road, from the intersection of Plantation Drive to approximately 150'
to the west, the ditch-line and concrete paving have failed.
Please notify this office prior to beginning these repairs so we may have a representative
present.
