Do you have a timetable on the Billingsly letter? He continues to call me wanting an update.
Also, we are nearing the time when we need to bid Bethel Road. Has any progress been made on the
revision to the Grapevine Agreement? Have you had an opportunity to review the concept and do you
have any concerns with the concept that can not be addressed in the agreement? If so, do you have an
opinion on whether or not we should even pursue the agreement?
