Henry called again concerning the credits and agreement for the Sandy Lake property that he sold to
the Dallas County Community College. I told him that I had not heard from my attorney yet. He
wanted Bob's number, but I told him I would take his number and pass it to the Manager's office. His
number is 972-820-0544.
He did make the following comment "looks like we're going to be in litigation and I would like to
resolve this so we don't have to litigate it also". Once he said that, I told him that I was not going to
comment on that or even be drawn into the conversation. I again told him I would forward his phone
number and then I ended the call.
