Dear Mr. Bisballe:
Thank you for taking the time to discuss the Grapevine VI Sanim,-7 Sewer Project and Bethel
Road Sanitary Sewer project with me today. Based on that conversation, I understand that you
will be moving back onto the Grapevine IV project during the last week of August to complete
the last section adjacent to Denton Tap Road which includes the siphon.
During our conversation, you also expressed some concern about the punch list items on Bethel
Road. As I stated, I will have Garreth Campbell look at that project again to determine if there
are still any outstanding punch list items. The one item that we did discuss on Bethel Road that
has caused me concern is the continuing failures in certain sections of the roadway. It is my
understanding that this will be addressed when you move back in on the project.
