Dear Mr. Bisballe:
This letter is to inform you that the City of Coppell agrees to compemate you for the
remobilization to complete the siphon on Grapevine W Smdl~y Sewer Project (S$ 94-02B).
As indicated in your letter dated April 18, 1996, the extra cost to remobilize will be $2,400.00.
Attached is a copy of that letter indicating the cost breakdown. Please contract Gane~
Campbell at (214) 304-3685 when you anticipate moving in to complete this project.

Gentlemen:
In regards to your answer to my letter dated March 29, .1996, our
reply is as follows:
1. Driveway replacement at Ace Hardware - payment under pay item
#32 is accepDable ~%der the same formula as in item %3
(replaced 382.64. SF / 5.58 x 59.33 - $4,068.26 which is the
dollar amount for this driveway).
2. Sidewalk at Ace Hardware - as your letter stated this will be
paid for under C.0. #1.
3. Parking lot at the dentist's office - this is acceptable to be
paid for under pay item #32 by the following fo&~Lula:
Concrete street repair is paid forby lineal foot which
is 5'-7" (per plans) at $59.33 per linear foot. 5'7"=
5.58 square feet. This repair was 542.30 SF. If you
take 542.30 SF and divide by 5.58 then multiplyby $59.33
per lineal foot, it will give us $5,766.28 which is the
dollar amount for this parking area.
4. The depth of sewer over 20' is located at Station 12+10 at the
end of the bore to 13+17 at the manhole plus 13+17 to 13+25.
The new proposed price is $53.04.
5. The price to remobilize and demobilize will be as follows:
235 Cat Backhoe $ 300.00
950 Cat Loader $ 300.00
D-4 & 323 Compactor (same load) $ 300.00
Tool Trailer $ 300.00
$1,200.00
Mobilize & Demobilize x 9
Total $2,400.00
When these items are confirmed, please notify us so that we can
complete this project.
