Parcel 6 -Sidewalk Easement
Dear Mr. Chapa:
The city of Coppell has reviewed your letter of February 13, 2008 regarding acquisition
of an easement on your property for the referenced project. I want to thank you for your
willingness to work with us on this process. We will be available to you and your tenant
throughout this construction project should any issues arise.
Parcel 6 is a 5' x 5' corner clip. located at the northwest corner of your lot at the
intersection of Coppell Road and Cooper Lane. Corner clips are normally required at
street intersections where pedestrian improvemeiats such as sidewalks and access ramps
are constructed.
This letter constitutes an offer from the City of Coppell for the acquisition of right-of-
way as follows:
Parcel 6
1. Acquisition of Sidewalk Easement (corner clip)
2. Compensation for grading and loss of use of drivewa $500.00
3. Reimbursement for extension of irrigation system y $500.00

Total: $2,500.00
Construction is scheduled to start near the end of May 2008 and the city needs to acquire
the easement as soon as possible. If the above offer is acceptable, please sign below and
return to this office. Once the letter is received, the process for payment of the $2,500.00
can start. Once the check is available we will. schedule a time for you to come by the
office and sign the easement documents and receive the check
