RE: Coppell Road Reconstruction
Sanitary Sewer Design Proposal
Dear Mr. Marvin:
We are pleased to submit this Fee Proposal for Additional Services related to our Contract with the
City of Coppell for professional services associated with the reconstruction of Coppell Road from
Cooper Lane to Sandy Lake Road.
In your letter dated July 16, 2007 you requested that we include the design for a sanitary sewer
main to replace the existing 6-inch VCP sanitary sewer main from Plantation /Ruby Road south
to Kaye Street, approximately 600 linear feet. Our original contract with the City, approved by
the City Council on June 24, 2003, did not include the design of any sanitary sewer mains. The
addition of this design to the plans will add two plan /profile sheets to the plan set. We propose
to do this design and add it to the project for a Lump Sum Fee of $6,000.00 under the conditions
of our current contract. We are ready to begin this design upon receipt of your 'Notice to
Proceed'.
