REMARKS Keith, There are two things that I see in the letter that impacts the design is on Sheet P-5
where we proposed to add two steps to the lead walk at 300 S. Coppell Road. If we can't
replace more walk and keep the slope at 5% or less, we will have to add a section of
handrail along the walk to meet the TDLR requirements. The second would be 80"
minimum clear head room along the walks.
