RE: Bethel Road Sanitary Sewer Project SS 94-02B
Dear Mr. Bisballe:
In your letter dated March 29, 1996 regarding Grapevine IV Sanilary Sewer Project you
indicated that there were several issues that needed to be addressed. Below are responses to the
items you indicated in your letter:
1. "Driveway replacement at Ace Hardware"
It is my understanding that the driveway replacement was to be paid as street
replacement, Pay Item #32.
2. "Sidewalk at Ace Hardware"
The Ch'st Change Order on this project created a Pay Item for sidewalk replacement. We
anticipate paying thi.~ under the bid item you created in Change Order #1 for sidewalk
removal and replacement at $12.81/L.F.
3. "Parking lot patch at the dentist office"
It is my understanding that this was to be paid as street replacement, Pay Item #32.
4. "Depth of pipe in excess of 20 feet"
Please provide the location, quantity and a cost adjuslment for the excess depth.
5. "Re-mobilizing to complete project because easements were not obtained before we left
project."
Please provide a cost for re-mobilization.
