The backup at 843 Meadowglen was caused by roots in the city main. The main was broken and had roots in it that were at least an inch in diameter causing the main to clog up. We had to dig up the main, remove the roots and replace the broken pipe. We also repaired the service across the street from 843 since we had to dig it up anyway. This was the one where the sewer line was not ours. Did the city do anything for the home owner? Let me know. We have another sewer back up claim. TML denied the claim, but he is pushing the issue further. I am just looking for history on these types of claims. Thanks Attached are the two claim packets.
