I have recdived your letter dated January. 20, 1996 regarding the Grapevine Creek IV
Sanitary Projeclt (SS 94-02B). I am wrying in response to this letterhnd this upcoming

Country Estates subdMsidn first b~gan coh§truction, my concerns now fie 5,hat will the
work a§sociated with this project m~an with regards to ~ny property specifically.
My home is situated on th~ NW comer of Betlgel School ~.n'd Plana'taflon Drive. Located
od the front of this property is a comer landscaping site, brick and wrought iron fence and
a large oak tree. A lot pre/nium was paid w/th '~hel'purchase of this prop[rty (because of
the lfirge native oak tre~ in the front gs well as others on the properly.) Will the
constr6ction of this project impact the above mentioned corn'er Ihnd~ffape site and tree? ls
there a chance that the Eonstr~ction of this project will have an adverseleffect on the oak
tree (known for its large, sensitive root system)? Will the City of Coppell be responsible
for a~y resulting darna~e to said landsca!fie site' and/or oak tr~ (inclu§hag replacement of
oak teee with a ~tree of Eomparable value'?)
I would like the opportunit~ to meet with[ one or both of you to discuss this project, its
construction ront~ hnd the ~otential impact on my property I can be conta[ted dnfing
