RE: Grapevine Creek IV Sanitaxy Sewer Project (SS 94-02B)
On November 14, 1995, the City Council awarded a contract to Pate Brothers Comtmction for
the construction of the above mentioned project. It is anticipated that thi.n project will begin
construction sometime in late January or early February and be completed in approximately four
months. The project will begin on the west side of Denton Tap Road at the southeast corner of
Dr. Stich Orthodontist property, proceed north across the front of the property to the property
line of the dry cleaners. It will then proceed west between Dr. Stich's property and the dry
cleaners to the rear of the property. The sewer line will turn north and proceed behind the dry
cleaners, Kwik Lube and Ace Hardware buildings to the north side of Bethel School Road. At
this point the sewer line will proceed west along Bethel School Road requiring the removal of
the existing pavement. The project will end at the intersection of Bethel School Road and Harris
Drive.
The City's inspector for this project is Garreth Campbell,. Mr. Campbell can be reached at 304-
3685 for any questions that you may have during the course of construction.
The City is very sensitive to the concerns of the citizens along this project. The contractor will
always maintain ingress and egress to all properties with as little inconvenience as possible.
