There are three copies. Once you have all Board Members sign, I will have Clay sign them and take them down to be filed.
Once they are filed I will send you a filed copy for your records.

Keith -
As I promised in my communication of last week, I am attaching a copy of the
minutes of our HOA Board's last meeting in which we voted to authorize
deeding the land and drainage easement structure south of Westminster Way to
the City of Coppell.
Per the instructions of our property management group, this should be given
to the city's attorney and attached to the documents accomplishing this
transaction to show that the Board has actually authorized this action.
Please give this to the attorney and let us know if you, or they, have any
questions.

That the Asbury Manor Home Owners Association, hereinafter called Grantor, in
consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration in hand
paid by the City of Coppell, Texas, hereinafter called Grantee, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, has quitclaimed, and by these presents does quitclaim unto said
Grantor, all of its right, title and interest in and to the real property described in Exhibit
“A” which is attached and incorporated herein to Grantee.
To have and to hold all of its right, title and interest in and to the within described
property and premises unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, so that
neither it nor its successors or assigns shall have, claim or demand any right or title to the
aforesaid property, premises or appurtenances or any part thereof.
