Members of our staff are preparing to have a meeting with all of the parties involved in the various issues regarding Asbury
Manor (HOA and impacted individual homeowners), The Mansions, and the City. I have had a letter ready to be mailed for
some time but, frankly, I feel that we might achieve better understanding and knowledge about what each impacted
property owner is responsible for if we meet on-site with everyone. In so doing, each parry will have an understanding of
what the responsibilities of the others are. We can also make sure that everyone fully understands the code expectations
and requirements of the City. Members of our engineering, parks, planning, and code enforcement departments will
attend. You and the others should expect a call from Gary Sieb next week to attempt to set up a meeting. I do thank you
