1. Paint all valve stack caps mainline -blue, and fire
hydrant (red).
2. Sta. 209 + 48.50 - Clean out valve stacks to allow access
to valve nuts.
3. Raise fire hydrant on Deforest and MacArthur - also clean
lead ring.
4. Clean the meter box out on the water service that was
relocated on Deforest. Bring box up to grade.
5. Check extension on valve near Lift Station.
6. Manhole east on Lift Station needs locating.
7. Sta. 6 + 61 - Grout manhole ring & clean out invert.
8. Sta. 4 + 22.98 - Grout manhole ring and clean invert.
Clean grout off walls.
9. Sta. 0 + 73 - Grout manhole ring.
10. Sta. 5 + 80 - Turn fire hydrant bonnet to face street and
Paint the 2 1/2" cap leaks at threads.
11. Sta. 5 + 80 - Fire hydrant valve needs extension and
stack pad.
12. Sta. 6 + 70 - Reset valve stack.
13. Sta. 1 + 58 - Unable to locate manhole.
14. Sta. 2 + 77 - Grout manhole ring.
15. Sta. 9 + 55 - Reset valve stack and on fire hydrant turn
bonnet and paint.
16. Sta. 10 + 80 - Bring valve stack pad to grade.
17. Sta. 5 + 18.36 - Grout Manhole ring.
18. Sta. 14 + 17 - Raise valve stack.
19. Sta. 15 + 80 - Raise valve stack.
20. Sta. 18 + 00 - Lower Valve Stack and reset.
21. Have concerns about water line under bridge - needs
insulation.
