My response will only address question #6. The other questions should be addressed by other city
departments.
The site, known as Arbor Manors, is connected to the city's water and sewer system. There are three
water feeds into the subdivision: one from Wynnpage; one off of Denton Tap; and one off of Sandy
Lake. The sewer ties into the sewer main on Sandy Lake next to the GTE (Verizon) building.

substances or petroleum products at the site?
2) Does the city or fire department have records of any aboveground or underground storage
tanks at the site?
3) Does the city or fire department have any records of dumping or landfilling at the site?
4) Does the city or fire department have records of solid waste disposal at the site?
5) Does the city or fire department have any record of any wells and/or septic systems
located at the site?
6) Is the site connects to municipal water and sewer services?
7) Does the city or fire department have records of any buildings and/or structures located at
the site? if so, year built, square footage? Demolished or removed?

connection with the site?
