MacArthur Blvd. (North) Walk - Thru
MacArthur North Walk Thru Notes:
- Grade to drain, 3 to 1 slopes max., at Deforest Road
(behind power pole).
- Rout & seal asphalt to concrete.
- Seal all saw cut's in curbs & headers.
- Seal all utility block outs.
- Replace sidewalk at south east corner of MacArthur &
Deforest.
- Patch spall in pre-existing pavement at header north
bound.
North Bound Notes:
- Seal all redwood headers at bridge(s).
- Remove plastic from turn lane joint, north of bridge,
north bound.
- Seal redwood header in turn lanes north of bridge and
saw joints in median opening.
- Clean last curb inlet north bound.
- On northern most bridge clean up construction trash,
under bridge (barrels, barricades, R.C.P. etc.).

South Bound Notes:
- Put invert Station No. 223+90 in curb inlet.
- Clean pier cap's & bearing pad's on new bridges.
- Finish concrete rip rap between bridges up slope.
- Clean up, under bridge & down stream, construction
trash.
- Grout gaps in sand stone facia under bridges, both
sides.
- Clean up walkway on south end of new bridges.
- First drop inlet, south of bridge, clean out & seal all
curb inlet joints.
- Second drop inlet, south bound, remove form board &
bring up to grade.
- Curb inlet 216 + 60 clean out, north bound.
- Last 3 drop inlets, south end of project, clean out.
- Type X inlets not inspectable at this time.
NOTE: Sidewalk needs extension to SW corner of MacArthur
& Deforest.
- Erosion control protection needed on banks E & W of
bridges. It appears some fill has already been pushed
in.
- Storm sewer system inspection punchlist will follow
within twenty-four hours.
